A visit with one small area still has a minimum, which the written price states. Stone, stairs and rooms larger than listed are priced by the square foot, and the written price says so.

Read your tile

Four joints, four different fixes

Not every line between tiles is grout, and each one is cleaned or sealed differently. That's why a price can be exact.

Corner of a white tiled room with red grout lines on the walls and floor
  1. 1

    Wall grout

Cement-based and porous. Soap and body oils sink in here first.

  2. 2

    Inside corner

Caulk, not grout. It flexes with the house, so we clean it and replace it when it splits.

  3. 3

    Floor-to-wall joint

Also caulk. Mop water and cleaner collect here, so it stays dark if it is never lifted out.

  4. 4

    Floor grout

Wider and trodden on, so it takes dirt, red clay and spills. A sealer slows that down.

Customers

What customers say after the visit

“The grout in our kitchen had gone the color of the red dirt we track in. Mayron went line by line and sent a photo from the same spot afterward.”

Eliza O.Moore

“I asked about our travertine first and Lavonne said no to the usual cleaner. The price she texted matched the bill.”

Shadi H.Piedmont

“They did the shower and the sectional the same morning. The shoe covers and the corner guards were a nice touch.”
