This page explains what we collect when you contact us, and what we do with it. We collect only what we need to give you a price and do the work.

What we collect

Your name, phone number, email address, the address of the work, and any photos or messages you send. If you give us a key or a code, we note that we hold it.

How we use it

To write and send a price, to schedule and do the visit, and to contact you about it. We do not sell your details or share them for advertising.

Photos

We photograph tile and furniture before and after a visit to document the work. Those photos stay with your quote. We do not post them anywhere without asking you first.

How long we keep it

We keep quotes and visit photos while we are working with you and for a reasonable time after, so we can answer questions about the job. Keys and codes are returned or deleted after each visit.

Your choices

Ask us at hello@sampsontilecare.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, and we will do it within a reasonable time.
