Questions
Before you write
What should I put in the photo?
The tile or the piece from a few feet back, and one close-up of the grout or the tag. Add the room size if you know it.
How soon do you reply?
Within one business day, in writing. The office is open Monday to Friday, and Saturday until noon.
Do you charge to look?
Not for a price from photos. If you want a visit before the price, the written price says what that costs, if anything.
