A visit with one small area still has a minimum, which the written price states. Natural stone is priced after we know the stone.
A visit, in order
A kitchen and an entry together usually take half a morning.
We check the tile type, the grout and any loose or cracked spots.
Cabinet toe-kicks and baseboards masked where needed, mats at the doors.
Cleaner down, a few minutes to work, then the machine and the brush.
The rinse water goes up with the wet-vac, and the floor is wiped along the edges.
We tell you when you can walk on it and send a photo from the doorway.

Questions
After a clean only, once it is dry to the touch, and we tell you when at the visit. After a sealer, about a day.
Grout is porous and takes up mop water and dirt. A sealer slows that down, and a mop with clean water helps more than a mop with cleaner.
Yes. Whole-floor work is priced by the square foot, and the written price shows each room.
A photo from the doorway and the room size are enough for a written price.
