Sampson Tile & Grout Care is Lavonne Sampson, Mayron Parra and Gia Huynh. Lavonne writes every price and walks every job, and the two of them do the scrubbing.
We clean tile, grout and upholstery in houses, condos and rentals in Oklahoma City and the towns around it. The price comes before the visit, in writing, one line per job, and the photo comes after.

What we bring to every visit
Brushes and a steam unit
Nylon brushes for the grout lines, and steam for the corners a machine cannot reach.
Two cleaners
A pH-neutral cleaner for stone and an alkaline cleaner for ceramic and porcelain grout. We ask which you have first.
A wet-vac
The rinse water goes up, not down the grout or across the floor.
Mats, covers and guards
Shoe covers, floor mats and corner guards for door frames and furniture.
