A visit with one small area still has a minimum, which the written price states. Stone, stairs and rooms larger than listed are priced by the square foot, and the written price says so.

The walk-through, the clean, the rinse and the photo. Sealer, color and caulk are listed on their own lines.

Tile repair, mold treatment, moving heavy furniture and stains we told you we cannot promise.
The visit
Lavonne or Mayron walks the job with you first. If it is bigger than the price says, we stop and call before doing more.
