Short answers
How is the price decided?
By the size of the area, the tile type, how much buildup there is and whether the stone or fabric needs special handling. The prices page shows the jobs and the usual sizes; your written price is the one that counts.
What happens at the first visit, and how long does it take?
A walk-through, then the work, then a photo. A shower or a kitchen floor takes two to three hours, a sofa about an hour, and we give you the time in the written price.
Do I need to be home?
We would like you there for the walk-through. If you cannot be, we take a key or a code by text, use it only for the visit and delete it afterward.
Who comes, and are they your employees?
Lavonne, Mayron or Gia, usually two of them. You will have the names before the visit.
Are you insured?
Yes, with general liability insurance. A certificate of insurance is available on request, and the limits are printed on it.
Will cleaning change the color of my grout?
Cleaning removes dirt and film. It does not change the color of grout that is stained all the way through. A color seal is the next step, and we show you a sample first.
Do you clean natural stone?
Yes, with a cleaner chosen for the stone and never with acid on marble or travertine. Tell us the stone when you text the photo.
How long until I can use the shower or walk on the floor?
After a clean only, once it is dry. After a sealer or color, about a day. We write the time on your price.
What if a spot comes back?
Tell us within seven days and we return once to retreat the same spot. The terms are on the Before we arrive page.
